Deleting a raise

Open the raise, choose Edit raise, then Delete this raise at the bottom. Type the company name to confirm.

What deletion does

• Removes the raise from your pipeline and overview, and frees an active-raise slot immediately (useful when you are at your plan's cap and starting a new mandate).
• Deletes the raise's Data Room documents.
• Retires its Deal Read analyses and kills any live founder share links.

What it does not touch

Investors stay in your relationship book with their history; deleting a raise never deletes people.

Deletion cannot be undone from the app. If you only want a raise out of the way, you can simply leave it inactive instead.
