How Match scoring works

Match scores every firm in the graph against the real shape of your raise:

• Thesis fit: sector and sub-vertical alignment with what the firm actually funds.
• Stage fit: where your raise sits against the firm's stage focus.
• Check size: your round math against their typical check.
• Recency: how recently the firm has actually deployed, from SEC filings and public signals.

The score is a ranking aid, not a verdict. A tough, well-scored room beats a long list. Scores update as your raise details change, so keep the basics accurate.
