Saved views on the relationship book

The book (/app/investors) ships with preset lenses from the advisor playbook:

• All, Hot, Tier A: your working priorities.
• On a raise, Not on a raise: mandate coverage.
• Needs follow-up: on a raise and more than 14 days cold. The money view; check it daily.
• Reachable, From Match: provenance and contactability.

Each chip shows a live count. Views are filters, not folders: one investor appears in every view they qualify for.
