How Firm seats are billed

Firm plans are per-seat, billed annually. Buy seats in the portal; invite teammates from Settings up to the purchased count. A seat is one named person; see seats and team.

Removing a member frees their seat immediately for someone else. Reducing the purchased seat count applies at the next renewal.
