Cancelling or downgrading

Cancel any time from the portal; access runs through the paid period, then the org drops to Free.

What happens on downgrade: nothing is deleted. Your book, notes, and history stay intact, and existing raises stay accessible; the lower active-raise cap applies when you start a new raise. Delete raises you no longer need to come under the cap. Meters shrink to the new tier at the next cycle.
