Signing in: magic links and Google

Lunra has no passwords. Sign in with your Google account (one click) or a magic link emailed to you.

If the magic link doesn't arrive

Check spam and quarantine folders; corporate filters sometimes hold first-time senders.
The link expires quickly. Request a fresh one rather than reusing an old email.
Links work in any browser on the device where you open them, so it is fine to request on your laptop and open on your phone.

If it says the link expired

Request a new link from the sign-in page. Each link is single-use.

Create your first raise

A raise is the workspace for one mandate: the company, the terms, the investor pipeline, the deck, and every touch, in one place.

Deleting a raise

Open the raise, choose Edit raise, then Delete this raise at the bottom. Type the company name to confirm.

Can’t find it?

A human reads every message, usually same day.
