What the verification badges mean

Every entity carries the strongest badge its evidence supports:

  • ✓ Verified (solid blue): a working email AND a confirmed LinkedIn identity. The top rung.
  • Contact on file: a working email, identity not yet corroborated on a second channel.
  • SEC-filed: the entity comes straight from an SEC Form D filing. Real, but no direct contact on file yet.

Badges appear in Discovery and Match. A Verified badge already implies reachability, so you will not see a separate Reachable badge next to it.
