What "reachable" means

An investor is reachable when Lunra holds a working email for the firm or a named partner at it. The "Reachable only" filter in Discovery and Match narrows to them.

Firms without a direct email are not dead ends: many carry LinkedIn identities, websites, or SEC filing history, and enrichment keeps converting them. When you add a non-reachable firm to a raise, Lunra automatically attempts contact discovery for it.
