Pick the playbook that matches the round

Lunra ships three ladders, and the playbook you pick changes the advice at every stage:

• Pre-revenue SAFE: momentum is the strategy. Wide top of funnel, light diligence, close in waves.
• Seed priced round: a lead-first game. Nothing truly closes until a lead sets terms; followers wait on the lead.
• Series A: a process, not a pitch. You are running the fund's own IC process better than they do.

Stages 1-3: build the bench

Sourced, Researched, Intro requested. Start with Match: it scores the whole graph against your deal and hands you a tiered bench. The bar for Researched is one sentence: you can say why THIS investor for THIS deal. If you cannot, cut them. Then find the warm path: the intro relay beats a cold open every time it exists.

Stages 4-7: earn the meeting

Outreach sent, Engaged, Meeting scheduled, First meeting done. Outreach runs on sequences with a cadence that fits the moment; every send stops automatically on reply. Stages 8-9: survive diligence
