How opens and replies are tracked

Sent outreach records delivery, opens, and replies on the investor card and the raise timeline.

  • Delivered: the receiving server accepted the message.
  • Opened: the tracking pixel loaded. Some clients block pixels, so opens undercount; treat them as a floor.
  • Replied: a response was captured and matched to the thread.

The Needs follow-up view keys off this: on a raise, no touch in 14 days.
