The bell and urgency colors

The bell collects signals for your active raises, newest first. Colors carry urgency:

• Red: act today (a directly relevant event, e.g. the firm announced a new fund or an investment in your space).
• Amber: worth a touch this week.
• Neutral: context worth knowing, no clock attached.

Mark-as-read is per item. Clicking through opens the investor with the signal in context and a compose hook.
