Privacy policy

Lunra runs on evidence, and that discipline extends to how we handle data. This page says what we collect, why, and what you can do about it. No surprises, no fine-print games.

EFFECTIVE JULY 29, 2026

01What this covers

This policy covers lunra.io and the Lunra product, operated by Lunra Technologies, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("Lunra", "we"): the pages you are reading and the workspaces advisors use to run raises. It applies to three kinds of people: visitors to this site, operators with a Lunra account, and the investors and founders whose professional details appear on the graph.

02What we collect

Account data. Name, work email, firm, and billing details when you request access or subscribe.

Raise data. The decks, notes, pipelines, and outreach you put into Lunra to run your clients' raises. This is your work product. We process it to provide the service and for nothing else.

Graph data. Professional profiles of investors: thesis, stage, check size, filings, and public posts. It comes from public and licensed sources, and every record carries its evidence badge (Verified, Contact on file, or SEC-filed).

Usage data. Logs, device information, and product analytics that tell us what is working and what is broken.

03How we use it

To run the three engines: score matches, read decks, and surface signals. To operate, secure, and improve the product. To bill you. To send the small number of emails the service actually needs, such as a confirmation when you join the waitlist. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your raise data to train models shared across customers.

04The investor graph

The graph is built from public and professional sources: regulatory filings, fund announcements, public posts, and licensed datasets. We hold it to the same standard we show you on the card. Two independent anchors earn a Verified badge; a filing is labeled as exactly that.

If a profile on the graph is about you and you want it corrected or removed, write to privacy@lunra.io. We correct errors promptly and honor removal requests where the law provides that right.

05Connected accounts (X and LinkedIn)

If you connect a social account (X or LinkedIn) to use Lunra's outreach features, we request only the permissions the feature needs, and we store the resulting access tokens encrypted at rest. They are never exposed to your browser. We use them solely to perform actions you explicitly direct: for example, sending a message you wrote and approved, from your own account. We never post, send, or take any action without your action. You can disconnect at any time from Settings → Connections, which deletes the stored tokens. Our use of information received from these platforms complies with their developer terms, and we do not sell or share it.

06What we share

Service providers who help us run Lunra (hosting, payments, email, analytics), bound by contract to use data only for us. Authorities, when the law genuinely requires it. A successor, if Lunra is acquired, under this same policy. That is the whole list. We do not sell personal data and we do not share your raise data with other customers.

07Retention

Account and raise data stay as long as your account does, plus a short wind-down period so you can export. Close your account and we delete or anonymize your data within 90 days, except where the law requires longer. Usage logs are kept for 12 months.

08Security

Encryption in transit and at rest, least-privilege access, audit logging, and independent review of our practices. No system is perfect; if a breach affects you, we will tell you quickly and plainly.

09Your rights

Depending on where you live (including the EU, UK, and California), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, to object to or restrict processing, and to complain to a regulator. If you are an investor who has heard from someone using Lunra, the notice covering our investor directory (what we hold, where it came from, and why) is here. To stop us contacting you, or to have us delete what we hold, use our request form. It takes one screen, needs no account, and is applied immediately. For anything else (access, correction, export, or a complaint) write to privacy@lunra.io. We respond within 30 days and we do not discriminate against you for asking.

10Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in and a small set of first-party analytics cookies to understand product use. No third-party advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking. Your browser's controls work as expected.

11Changes

When this policy changes materially, we update the date above and email account holders before the change takes effect. The current version always lives at this address.

12Contact

Privacy questions: privacy@lunra.io. Everything else: the contact page. A person reads both.
