The CIM read and the confirm gate

Upload the seller's draft CIM on the mandate's CIM readiness read. Lunra reads each version once and pulls every figure with the page it came from. Each read counts as one CIM read on your plan.

The confirm gate

The CIM sits on the left and the figures on the right. Click a field and the document turns to its page, with the line it came from and how confident the read was. Only what needs a look narrows the list to what to check first. Fix anything that differs, Save edits, then Lock the profile. Nothing reaches the rest of the mandate until you lock it.

You can unlock to edit until an evaluation has read the profile. After that it stays locked, and a change means the next version of the CIM.

The checks

From the locked profile the checks run in code: statements that do not tie, growth rates the CIM states that its own figures do not give, figures a buyer expects that the CIM does not print, and the ratios a buyer's first model will run. The readiness read, what a buyer will flag and the fix for each, is being calibrated and is not yet switched on.

The CIM is stored in your workspace's own folder. To remove it, see deleting a CIM or a mandate.
