Deleting a CIM or a mandate
When a mandate ends or a seller asks, the workspace owner or an admin can delete one CIM version or a whole mandate. Export first: a delete cannot be undone.
Deleting a CIM version
On the CIM readiness read, download the file and its read, then choose the delete for that version (Delete CIM v1…, for example), type the file name and choose Delete permanently. The file goes with its profile, its evaluations and feedback, and the earnings bridge filled from it. Your comps and the seller's hope stay.
Deleting a mandate
On the mandate page, choose Export the mandate (JSON), then Delete this mandate…, type the codename and choose Delete permanently. Its CIM files, buyers and process records go with it.
What stays
Buyers in your acquirer library keep their records. A pass keeps its reason and loses the mandate's name: it reads "Passed on a deleted mandate". Lunra keeps a receipt with ids and counts, never a name or a figure.
