Lunra M&A: the sell-side workspace

Lunra M&A is the workspace a sell-side advisor runs a sale in: a buyer list the seller approves, a process board with its gates, a CIM read where you confirm every figure, and a reality check on your own comps. It is in early access.

Getting a seat

Request early access, choose M&A advisor as your role, and say what you run. Lunra turns M&A on for your workspace when it seats your firm.

Capital raises, M&A or both

An owner or admin sets what the workspace runs in Settings & billing, under Workspace & team:

  • M&A: sign-in opens on your mandates.
  • Both: sign-in opens on your raises, and the Capital Raise | M&A switch in the header moves between them.
  • Capital raises: the M&A view stays off the menus.

What Lunra does not do

Lunra arranges no transaction and takes no part in negotiation. Teasers and CIMs go from your own mailbox, and the board records that they went. Nothing Lunra charges depends on whether, when or at what price a deal closes.

Start with creating a mandate.

Lunra M&A is in early access. And a human still reads every message, usually same day.
