How this directory is built
Lunra’s graph holds 16,205 investing entities derived from public SEC Form D filings. A page is published here only when a firm has a resolved website and a known stage focus, which filters out the filing-only shell entities that carry a registered agent’s address instead of a real office. That is why this directory lists 2,649 firms rather than every row in the database.
Every page shows firm-level facts only. Contact details and the names of individual partners are never published, because that information belongs to the people it describes. Advisors running a raise can sign in to see who is reachable at each firm and why the graph believes it.
