The process board and its gates
The process board follows each approved buyer from teaser to close, in columns: Teaser sent, NDA, CIM out, IOI, Management meeting, LOI, Diligence, SPA and close, and Passed.
Teasers and CIMs go from your mailbox
Lunra sends nothing to buyers. On the buyer list, Teaser sent from my mailbox records the date for an approved buyer and puts it on the board. Every move after that records a date too.
The gates
- A buyer cannot move to CIM out without a countersigned NDA. This is the only move the board refuses.
- Anything else missing, such as a date, moves with a warning.
- An IOI is recorded as the buyer wrote it. Nothing is computed from it.
Passes
Close a card with its reason and the criterion it cites. The board counts passes by reason, and the reason is written to the buyer's acquirer library record, so the next mandate sees it.
